CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING


We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.


If you cancel between 23 and 3 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50%.


If you cancel within 3 hours or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100%.


Due to unforeseen scheduling difficulties Kennsthetics may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked treatments without notice.


Please know this will not be done until we have exhausted all other options. We will do our best to reschedule you at your earliest convenience.


Complimentary services or compensation for treatments may not be provided.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE POLICY


Kennsthetics has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.


We are committed to maintaining an environment free from harassment and bullying.


Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.


Clients engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave and will no longer be welcome to book with Kennsthetics.


ARRIVAL


We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your treatments. We want you to enjoy the maximum comfort from your treatment and arriving late may take away the time that you are scheduled with us.


If you are arriving late for your treatments with us we will do the best to accommodate the remainder of your treatment however original prices still apply.


Your appointment will end as scheduled in consideration for the next guest to follow.


SAFETY & HYGIENE


Our safety and sanitization procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. We adhere to the highest sanitation standards, including:

  1. Strict cleaning protocols for tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
  2. Single-use disposables where appropriate.
  3. Hospital-grade disinfectants for all reusable tools.


If you don’t feel well or have a fever we ask that you call the spa immediately and reschedule your appointment


AGE REQUIREMENTS


For clients under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must:

  1. Sign a consent and waiver form prior to the appointment.
  2. Remain onsite during the service.

We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for clients of all ages.


Hair Removal services in intimate areas such as areolas, bikini, and brazillian are only available to clients over the age of 18.


PRIVACY POLICY


Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.


PRICING


Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.

If service prices increase after purchase of a gift certificate, the difference must be covered by the client.


If pricing changes after the purchase of a series or package, the original purchase price will remain valid for the duration of the series.


HEALTH DISCLOSURE


Before treatment can begin, all required intake and consent forms and questionnaires must be completed and submitted.


If you develop any medical condition or are undergoing treatment that may interfere with your sessions, you must inform us immediately.


A physician’s note may be required to resume treatments.
